By using Time Card Calculator ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Time Card Calculator provides a free online tool for calculating work hours, overtime, and gross pay from clock in/out times. A paid Pro subscription is available for additional features.

3. Free Tier

The free tier allows you to calculate hours for one week, view results, and print. No account is required.

4. Pro Subscription

The Pro plan costs $9/month and includes multi-week timesheets, employee list saving, CSV/PDF export, and state-specific overtime presets. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Refunds are issued at our discretion within 14 days of payment.

5. Accuracy Disclaimer

Calculations are estimates based on the data you enter. We are not responsible for payroll decisions made using this tool. Always verify results with your payroll provider or HR department.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of time data entered.

7. Privacy

We do not store your time card data on the free tier. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of calculations generated by this tool.
